Yesterday we had some friends in town and had brunch at our place before heading to the Brooklyn Museum for the Murakami exhibit.
It was an interesting collection to say the least as Murakami blurs both “high” and “low” art as well as art and commerce. There’s even a makeshift Louis Vuitton store selling Murakami bags in the middle of the exhibit.
Afterwards, we walked around the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and enjoyed the lazy Saturday before parting ways.
