Dinner at Moim

Last night we checked out Korean restaurant Moim here in Park Slope (Garfield & 7th). It had a nice modern feel (see above) and the food was pretty tasty. We’re not huge fans of Korean food but that might also be due to the fact that we haven’t eaten this type of cuisine often.

I had the Hite lager (a Korean beer) and my wife had a glass of Riesling to start. We had the Kim Chi Man Doo Dumpling Stuffed with Kimchi, Ground Pork and Tofu as an appetizer. For entrees, my wife had the Kalbi marinated Beef Short Ribs which she thought were okay but not great and lacked composition. I, on the other hand, enjoyed the Dak Gui Korean Spice Roasted Half Chicken (pictured below).
